Anforderungen
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- Experience in S2P or Shared Services
- Continuous improvement leadership experience
- Strong project management skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous
- Knowledge of S2P and ERP systems
- Knowledge of control design and policies
- Experience with process modeling and mining
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Fluent English and German is advantageous
Aufgaben
- Own global Source-to-Pay process design
- Manage the RACI and control framework
- Chair the design authority
- Lead the continuous improvement roadmap
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Conduct process maturity assessments
- Evolve the target operating model
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits
- Maintain segregation of duties and policies
- Drive standardization and change management
- Develop SOPs and training curricula
- Manage process communications
- Define and track process KPIs
- Identify automation opportunities with key users
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement
- Foster engagement and capability building
