Anforderungen
- •5+ years of demonstrated track record selling enterprise software in Physical Security, Security software, or operational software
- •Vertical sales experience to retail customers
- •Demonstrated skills in strategic account development in large complex customers
- •Understanding of operational business processes beyond technology focus
- •Strong commercial and solution selling capabilities
- •Ability to develop relationships with C-suite or VP level customers
- •Self-motivated, independent, results-driven, and team player
- •Initiates superior collaboration and cross company dynamics
- •Ability to assess situations efficiently and effectively
- •Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, diplomatic style
- •Attention to detail and ability to gather complete and accurate information
- •Ability to travel through Europe and International as required
- •Proficient in MS-Office and Salesforce
- •BSc or BA degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent; MBA preferred
- •Fluent language skills in German and English, optional French

- •Achieve quarterly and annual billing and revenue targets
