Developing and selling individual IT solutions for SMBs at a European hosting services provider, managing a defined account portfolio. - Several years of experience in sales of cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions in the business customer environment
- Deep understanding of the cloud market with an industry focus
- Proven success in customer development, new customer acquisition, and MRR growth
- Routine experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and relevant KPIs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage and develop a defined account portfolio
- Secure and expand existing revenue from customers
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Conduct qualified customer appointments
- Develop individual cloud solutions for clients
- Identify and manage technical risks to prevent churn
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback discussions
- Collaborate with marketing, partner sales, and account management teams
