- Solid hands-on experience in cell culture, biochemical methods, and laboratory-based experimental work
- Experience in genetic engineering (GenTG) or motivation to develop in this area
- Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset for workflow optimization and platform build-up
- Highly organized with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Reliable and committed team player with positive, flexible mindset
- Strong communication skills in German and/or English
- Enthusiasm for expanding technical and scientific knowledge
Aufgaben
- Cultivate and maintain cell lines
- Handle human and animal sample material
- Execute recombinant protein production workflows
- Support expression experiments
- Optimize production processes
- Assist with protein purification
- Prepare quality control samples
- Plan and prepare cell culture experiments
- Conduct biochemical experiments
- Support client and internal research projects
- Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams
- Support project goals and timelines
- Contribute to laboratory organization
- Take responsibility for specific instruments
- Manage designated workflows
