Aufgaben
- Develop and manage the Bank's client portfolio
- Operate autonomously to produce high-quality work
- Deliver appropriately structured transactions with minimal supervision
- Acquire and manage new client relationships
- Maintain regular client contact through phone and visits
- Build the TCF franchise by obtaining significant client business
- Prepare introductory memos for internal committees
- Analyze client's market position and commodity markets
- Ensure accurate market intelligence and smooth cooperation
- Develop cooperation with product partners
- Meet target commercial metrics
- Negotiate credit facilities and transactions
- Understand client’s business model and associated risks
- Structure and negotiate new credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with TCF Risk Appetite Statement
- Analyze financial statements of borrowers and guarantors
- Coordinate receipt of legal documentation
- Address issues from the Credit Risk Department
- Draft and write full loan applications
- Present and defend loan applications to relevant committees
- Monitor and meet deadlines for reviews and modifications
- Understand and manage transaction risks
- Ensure transactions meet credit and compliance criteria
- Monitor TMO preparation of transaction sheets
- Maintain and update client economic positions
- Ensure quality service and operational excellence
- Maintain high risk mitigating standards
- Ensure compliance with ING Group policies and Swiss laws
- Follow market developments for risk management
- Validate payment instructions for consistency and plausibility
