Relationship Manager(m/w/x)
Originate and close new transactions in Swiss TMT & Healthcare sector for EMEA Wholesale Banking. 5-7 years commercial work experience in sector and corporate banking products required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in finance, banking, economics, or relevant discipline, equivalent work experience, or relevant certification (e.g., CFA)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant commercial work experience including relationship management/origination in Technology, Media, Telecom & Healthcare sector, combined with corporate banking product expertise
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business mandates, close transactions, and develop networks
- Good credit risk knowledge and knowledge of TS, FM, DCM, and advisory products
- Relevant KYC and compliance knowledge and experience
- Execution capabilities and ability to drive and coordinate processes end to end
- Results-oriented with a positive mindset to contribute to overall team results
- Strong team player, self-motivated, with high work ethics
- Fluency in English, with German and/or French being an asset
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland

- Market ING’s full range of products and services
- Lead, negotiate, and close new transactions in the Swiss TMT & Healthcare sector
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop strategic client account plans based on client needs
- Ensure credit quality and KYC validity for the portfolio
- Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team
