Expanding sales for pharma production tech in EMEA region. Several years B2B technical sales experience, German/English fluency required. Flexible working hours, remote option.
Anforderungen
- Completed technical degree or high technical affinity
- Several years of successful B2B technical sales experience, including project-based technical sales; pharma industry experience preferred
- German and English fluency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Good MS Office 365 and Salesforce skills
- High willingness to travel to meet customers and attend events
Aufgaben
- Expand sales in the EMEA region
- Strengthen strategic market position
- Achieve strategic sales targets
- Establish relationships with key decision makers
- Identify customer needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Serve as primary customer contact
- Create development plans for customers
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
- Maintain the CRM system
- Manage marketing activities
- Organize trade fairs and events
- Lead negotiations with customers
- Close agreements with customers
- Collaborate with technical sales departments
- Follow up on proposals
- Maintain relationships with Technical Sales Managers
- Report to SVP Sales Körber Pharma EMEA
