Aufgaben

  • Lead a diverse sales team across Germany and Austria
  • Sell the Agentforce Revenue Management portfolio
  • Drive team performance and sales
  • Formulate and implement growth strategies
  • Engage and orchestrate with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR
  • Develop and lead the team to generate revenue
  • Achieve individual team and organizational quotas
  • Define and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Coach team members for career development
  • Inspire team to achieve their best work
  • Hire, train, and develop the sales team
  • Develop team members into sales-ready candidates
  • Create industry-specific pipeline programs
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives
  • Report regularly on team and individual results
  • Report on pipeline generation and quality
  • Forecast revenue accurately
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on pipeline quality

  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Manage and close complex Agentforce Revenue Management deals
  • Partner with companies on digital transformation strategies
  • Engage directly with C-level executives
  • Align solutions with executive business objectives

  • Showcase CPQ, Billing, Order Management, and Revenue Recognition capabilities
