Anforderungen
- Passion for quality and translating requirements into business performance
- Comfortable discussing root cause analysis with plant teams
- Comfortable reviewing customer quality agreements
- Comfortable coaching Quality Managers
- Comfortable driving change across multiple locations
- University degree in quality management
- Several years of experience in quality management
- Experience in manufacturing industries (ideally packaging / FCMG)
- Strong expertise in quality assurance
- Strong expertise in customer and supplier quality
- Strong expertise in complaint management
- Strong expertise in structured problem solving
- Strong expertise in audits
- Deep knowledge of RCA methodology
- Deep knowledge of 8D methodology
- Deep knowledge of FMEA methodology
- Deep knowledge of SPC methodology
- Deep knowledge of CAPA methodology
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to develop people
- Ability to develop capabilities
- Ability to develop organizations
- Strong communication skills in international environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills in international environment
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Experience with IMS
- Fluency in English
- High willingness to travel within the region
