- Coach and influence staff on EHS&S practices
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and implement EHS&S programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal requirements
- Maintain and monitor the compliance assurance system
- Prepare compliance plans and conduct audits
- Identify EHS&S training needs and deliver training programs
- Develop and coach local EHS team members
- Advise plant operations on regulatory and company requirements
- Identify trends to reduce risks and improve EHS&S systems
- Participate in product and process reviews
- Perform industrial hygiene and environmental sampling
- Coordinate monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
