• 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales roles
• Sales pipeline management experience
• Track record of implementing co-marketing campaigns
• Flexibility to travel

• Native German and fluent in English

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medicine, engineering, business administration, or related field

• Own the go-to-market strategy for the DACH region
• Manage operational relationships with existing dental partners
• Implement the Formlabs Partner Program
• Drive end-customer success for dental products
• Maximize growth and market share for Formlabs Dental products
• Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach
• Assess market potential and identify coverage gaps
• Recruit partners for new geographic areas and customer segments
• Enforce compliance with legal and commercial terms
• Manage conflicts between channel partners and direct sales
• Collaborate with partner stakeholders on business plans
• Serve as the expert on Formlabs offerings and promotions
• Manage the opportunity funnel for partner engagements
• Support channel sales representatives in delivering solutions
• Engage cross-functional resources to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with teams in pre-sales, finance, and marketing
• Deliver training and product education to partners
