You will shape a global, purpose-driven team by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent to building university partnerships and enhancing the company's employer brand.

Anforderungen

• •At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally supported by a degree in HR or a related field
• •Enjoyment of working in global, multicultural environments and collaborating with stakeholders
• •Fluency in English
• •Comfort using ATS and sourcing tools, ideally with hands-on experience in Personio and social recruiting
• •Creative mindset for attracting and engaging talent
• •Strong organizational skills and proactive, positive attitude
• •Strong communication and trust-building skills
• •Experience in non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors and understanding of DEI-focused hiring practices (Nice to have)
