Aufgaben
- Conduct legal due diligence on real estate
- Assess property suitability for restaurant operations
- Liaise with landlords on lease agreements
- Analyze lease terms for tenant risks
- Mitigate tenant risks through compromise
- Draft commercial lease agreements
- Negotiate commercial lease agreements
- Review commercial lease agreements
- Lead lease negotiations
- Propose lease amendments and addendums
- Draft supplementary lease agreements
- Handle lease terminations
- Manage pre-litigation claim procedures
- Represent company in landlord negotiations
- Register long-term lease agreements
- Draft construction contracts
- Negotiate construction contracts
- Develop standard lease templates
- Adapt standard lease templates
- Develop related lease agreements
- Adapt related lease agreements
- Participate in developing internal procedures
- Prepare legal opinions for management
- Perform other assignments as directed
