Aufgaben
- Support the opening of 1-2 KFC restaurants in 2026
- Manage the full opening cycle from site handover
- Ensure compliance with KFC operational standards during launch
- Oversee restaurant P&L during the opening phase
- Control operational costs to achieve profitability targets
- Participate in preparing opening budgets
- Optimize staffing levels and shift schedules
- Recruit and train initial restaurant teams
- Establish service, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coach and mentor future Restaurant Managers
- Liaise with KFC brand owner on standards and audits
- Work with trade unions and authorities
- Prepare restaurants for regulatory inspections
- Conduct weekly on-site work for quality control
- Analyze key performance indicators
- Implement digital management tools per GDPR
- Coordinate with contractors for opening
- Monitor restaurant readiness for opening
- Formally accept key works and systems
