Aufgaben
- Support products post-launch
- Coordinate design and manufacturing changes and improvements
- Meet defined specifications for device and manufacturing requirements
- Manage product life cycle activities including changes, QIS, and CAPA
- Cooperate with other specialist departments
- Consider medical application and economic requirements
- Support in-house and purchased products and assemblies
- Focus on electrical design of systems and components
- Consider various subsystems in electrical design
- Maintain understanding of new product development and manufacturing technologies
- Apply technologies to medical device design
- Evaluate and document feasibility, reliability, and risk of concepts/prototypes
- Conduct engineering testing and analysis
- Demonstrate product performance, manufacturability, safety, and cost
- Generate, modify, and review design history file documentation
- Comply with regulatory requirements (QSR, GMP, ISO)
- Adhere to company development standards (PDD, TDP)
- Progress vendor activities with global sourcing
- Communicate specifications and development schedules to vendors
- Track vendor progress for component procurement
- Support prototype or product procurement and assembly
- Deliver manufacturable designs acceptable to operations
- Apply design for manufacture principles
- Implement and communicate feedback from manufacturing, suppliers, and other sources
