- Review design verification and validation test specifications for medical devices
- Review design control documents according to GLP, GDP, and CFR820
- Participate as a member of the product and design FMEA team
- Contribute to risk management content throughout product development
- Review the systematics and completeness of risk analysis
- Evaluate risk-reducing measures for impact on damage severity and probability of occurrence
- Create and review evidence for implementation and effectiveness of measures
- Participate in preparing test specifications for series testing of medical devices
- Participate in preparing test requirements for series testing of medical devices
- Actively participate in measures to synchronize and improve processes
- Perform failure analysis for field returns
- Perform failure analysis during development
- Comply strictly with quality regulations
- Comply strictly with occupational safety regulations
- Comply strictly with environmental regulations
- Implement instructions from quality officers
- Implement instructions from environmental officers
- Implement instructions from the specialist for occupational safety
