Anforderungen
- B.Sc. in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- M.Sc. strongly preferred
- Capability to manage complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and other management concepts
- Relevant Project Management training (PMP/CSM/CPMP or similar) strongly preferred
- Experience in management of technology-oriented projects or electronics field work

- Comprehensive computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, MS Projects, and similar
- Willingness to travel ~20% domestic and international for global team relationships
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with global R&D teams and business leaders
- Oversee New Product Development and Application Development projects
- Deliver high-quality services within budget and defined plans
- Manage internal and external projects for Micromax business unit
- Assemble project teams and define project schedules
- Track technical activities and generate project progress reports
- Align programs with BTSO and ASO business strategies
- Advise on strategic resource and project prioritization
- Ensure program alignment with evolving customer and market needs
- Work with Line of Business Owners and Product Managers
- Coordinate with Manufacturing and Quality for continuous alignment
- Establish and optimize application development processes
- Accelerate growth and drive operational excellence through KPIs
- Support the design and optimization of internal processes
- Optimize project management methods
