- Conduct dielectric and insulation feasibility studies

- Perform FEM-based simulations for electric field and dielectric stress
- Support factories during project execution, troubleshooting, and design clarification
- Develop and improve transformer insulation design software
- Lead qualification activities for alternative insulating fluids
- Collaborate with suppliers, laboratories, and manufacturing teams globally
- Contribute to standards, specifications, and risk assessments
