- Successful study in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Masters) or comparable technical education
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Designing Power Transformers
- Experience in Quality functions will be beneficial
- Experience in Transformer Service will be beneficial
- Project Management experience will be an advantage
- Willingness to work in remote and diverse environments
- Very good communication skills
- English language knowledge for effective communication
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and synchronize activities to improve transformers technologically
- Manage and contribute to test failure analysis investigations
- Coordinate global improvements with domain experts and quality operations
- Build and propose a program to increase transformer reliability
- Maintain the test failure database and software
- Handle reports and communicate resolutions
- Oversee technology-based improvement actions
- Perform root cause analysis and improve processes
- Define strategy and process for transformer reliability execution
- Explore and improve risk analysis techniques
- Enhance product and process testing
- Improve Failure Mode Effect Analysis
- Analyze field data
- Adapt quality tools and methods for power transformer technology oversight
- Support failure analysis
- Follow up on failure containment actions
- Follow up on preventive actions
