- •Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or similar
- •Experience in production, ideally quality assurance
- •Strong knowledge of quality methods
- •Experience in auditing and quality reports
- •Excellent analytical skills and structured working
- •Strong communication and solution-oriented mindset
- •Fluent German and English skills
- •Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

- •Create and maintain quality and inspection plans
- •Support new products and production lines
- •Conduct quality and reliability assessments
- •Participate in PFMEA and DFMEA activities
- •Contribute to process development initiatives
- •Monitor critical process parameters
- •Ensure compliance with quality standards
- •Lead NCR management and analyze deviations
- •Apply Pareto, 8D, Ishikawa, or 5-Why methods
- •Maintain quality-relevant documentation
- •Support internal and external audits
- •Assist with customer and ISO audits
- •Support production line digitalization and automation
- •Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- •Lead or support quality-related projects
- •Perform outgoing inspections
