Aufgaben
- Define and support QSS solution development
- Simplify processes and business rules
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Design efficient supply chain solutions
- Follow and implement European legislation changes
- Maximize QSS solution value and efficiency
- Maintain legal compliance and competitive advantage
- Understand market developments for process support
- Translate business proposals into feasible solutions
- Validate solutions across the E2E process
- Provide first and second level support for tools
- Integrate tools and processes in the E2E supply chain
- Conduct user acceptance testing for developed tools
- Create and deliver training materials
- Optimize tool usage through training
- Track and report project progress
- Manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project budget
- Escalate potential risks and challenges
- Coordinate project setup and timeline
- Oversee workstream reporting
- Align with governance and stakeholders
- Share best practice methodologies
- Develop measurable business cases
- Analyze dependencies and prioritize resources
- Support change management
- Ensure effective project communication
