Managing D365 issues and ServiceNow tickets with Hitachi for process improvement in operations, shipping, finance at a precision technology facility. Minimum 3 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience required. Primary D365 contact at Muenster facility, external vendor coordination with Hitachi.

- Strong organizational and independent work skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in business analysis and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Microsoft certification
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Plan View
- Technical/development experience with D365 configuration
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for D365 issues at the Muenster facility
- Manage and prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue with Hitachi
- Coordinate with Hitachi for timely issue resolution and enhancements
- Assess and improve business processes in operations, shipping, and finance
- Document system changes according to governance processes
- Support users with D365 transactions and troubleshoot challenges
- Review and address backlog items, bugs, and enhancement requests in Azure DevOps
- Lead or support projects to enhance business efficiency
- Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
