Anforderungen
- Completed studies in mechanical, industrial, production, quality management, or electrical engineering
- Sound knowledge of product development process, DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ, APQP/APQP4W
- Experience in change management and quality-related end-to-end processes
- High skill level in problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 7QC, PDCA)
- Sound knowledge of Tower component and manufacturing processes
- Strong analytical skills (Pareto, trend analyses), Power BI, Excel
- Understanding of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR), experience with Teamcenter, SAP, IQS, quality systems
- Experience in process audits and FAI/PPAP requirements
- Strong competence in drawing and specification review
- Basic knowledge of validation and quality-related release processes
- Ability to integrate feedback into quality actions
- Strong decision-making ability, clear communication, stakeholder engagement confidence
Aufgaben
- Participate in Change Boards, Design Reviews, and critical issue meetings
- Ensure consistent application of quality standards
- Define, implement, and monitor corrective actions
- Define, implement, and monitor preventive actions
- Ensure long-term effectiveness and process sustainability
- Participate in FMEAs (DFMEA/PFMEA)
- Ensure correct FMEA methodology application
- Align FMEA with ENERCON guidelines
- Ensure series product stability in production and field operations
- Monitor process sustainability across the value chain
- Reduce non-conformities and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
- Participate in Engineering Change processes for series products
- Supervise Engineering Change processes for series products
- Assess quality and evaluate risks for changes
- Ensure controlled end-to-end implementation of changes
- Support internal and external audits as an expert
- Execute and document Supplier qualifications
- Execute and document Production qualifications
- Execute and document Installation qualifications
- Execute and document Service qualifications
- Adhere to defined processes and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Lead, moderate, and close out 8D for critical issues
- Collaborate with IMS on releasing production processes
- Ensure compliance with defined standards
- Identify process gaps during issue resolution
- Develop and implement process improvements with IMS
- Deploy Lessons Learned into upstream processes
- Prevent recurrence of non-conformities
- Monitor and track COPQ reduction targets
- Drive achievement of NC reduction targets
- Align targets with organizational objectives
- Provide timely reporting to management
- Report on relevant topics, risks, and progress updates
- Initiate necessary escalations
- Drive issue resolution through problem-solving
- Ensure cross-functional alignment
