- Initial knowledge in process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
- Experience with visual collaboration platforms like MIRO
- Fluent use of in-house AI Tools (CLAASGPT)
- Very good German skills (written and spoken)
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to quickly understand complex tasks
- Ability to develop simple, innovative solutions
- Enthusiasm and high motivation
- Motivation to communicate with stakeholders
- Motivation to collaborate with stakeholders
- Motivation to work on projects in interdisciplinary teams

- Support data-driven process and product improvements
- Model and document processes in CLAAS process portal
- Analyse data from various departments
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Participate in process alignment workshops
- Prepare and execute workshops and training sessions
- Gain insights into interdisciplinary, international teams
- Explore different departments within CLAAS Group
