- Proven experience in a quality engineering role (3–5 years)
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using quality management systems (QMS) and statistical software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional language skills, verbal and written in English and German
- Good financial and project management skills
- Experience in contractor management
- SAP skills
- GWO - modules for offshore works
Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain quality management plans
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on systems
- Perform internal and support external audits
- Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor quality performance from contractors and suppliers
- Manage non-conformity reports and corrective actions
- Review and approve quality documentation
- Support certification processes with third-party agencies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams
- Implement highest HSE standards in all processes
