- Plan and direct Baltic Hub operations
- Manage performance of Baltic Hub operations
- Ensure operations align with business strategy
- Adhere to company processes and procedures

- Ensure regulatory and legislative compliance
- Make key on-site decisions
- Ensure successful operation of Baltic Hub sites
- Oversee operational facilities and assets
- Represent the company to authorities
- Act as primary contact for authorities
- Hold 'Responsible Person' nomination for projects
- Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities
- Lead a multidisciplinary O&M team
- Manage suppliers, contractors, and OEMs
- Plan and execute safe, efficient site activities
- Optimize site commercial performance
- Liaise with Transmission System Operator
- Coordinate offshore wind farm operations
- Develop, apply, and improve operational processes
- Maximize operational value and efficiency
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Manage site Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
- Manage site finances
- Report on financial performance
- Report on operational aspects
- Interface with project team during construction
- Lead wind farm handover to operations
- Manage Wikinger and Baltic Eagle O&M
- Manage Windanker operations post-construction
- Foster teamwork within the O&M team
