Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the microbiology team
- Deliver high-quality, cGMP-compliant microbiological testing
- Oversee all QC Microbiology processes
- Ensure accurate testing of products, materials, and environments
- Drive continuous improvement of microbiological methods and workflows
- Manage the lifecycle of analytical test methods and documentation
- Provide microbiological expertise to value streams and cross-functional partners
- Support product license applications with technical knowledge
- Represent the area during inspections and audits as a Subject Matter Expert
- Track KPIs and use data-driven decision-making to improve performance
- Apply HSE standards consistently within the laboratory
