Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years relevant experience
- SAP business process management in manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in SAP modules (ME, MM, PP, QM)
- Proven leadership managing teams and cross-functional projects
- Experience leading quality functions in regulated industry (medical devices preferred)

- Support new product development and introduction

- Own and complete projects to improve product and process performance
- Serve as DRI for S4 Hanna project
- Guide and determine technical requirements for quality processes
- Model multiple quality processes related to SAP S4
- Lead design, development, and implementation of SAP-enabled business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements
- Ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives
- Oversee testing and validation of SAP functionalities
- Ensure system integrity and compliance
- Drive sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance system performance and business outcomes
- Optimize SAP adoption and utilization
- Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors
- Monitor industry trends and best practices
- Drive innovation and operational excellence in SAP processes
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards for medical devices
- Lead the Quality Center of Excellence
- Drive best practices and standardization in quality processes
- Provide leadership in developing and managing SAP solutions for quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
