Anforderungen
- Proficiency in personal computers and Windows OS

- Knowledge of USAF or US service equivalent property accounting
- Knowledge of ILSS policies and procedures preferred
- Proficiency in ELMS/Integrated Logistics Support Solutions (ILSS) functions
- Proficiency in accessing and managing BLADE reports
- Current knowledge of USAF or US service equivalent Equipment Management
- Current knowledge of ELMS
- Valid home country driver’s license
- Ability to obtain host nation driver’s license
- Operation of material handling equipment may be required
- Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)
- Authorized to work in host country
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Understanding and use of multiple databases
- Understanding and use of company and US government sources
- Use of Maximo, SharePoint, PIEE, ELMS (formally DPAS) preferred
- Wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physically capable of performing all required duties
- Lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs
Aufgaben
- Manage Equipment details in ELMS
- Ensure compliance with PWS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Coordinate property consignments
- Interface with subcontractors and vendors
- Interface with government officials and the public
- Perform data entry into required databases
- Run reports and prepare correspondence
- Process ELMS equipment transactions
- Receipt files for Equipment detail shortages
- Process excess turn-ins and detail deletions
- Coordinate intra-site Equipment transfers
- Manage items in courtesy storage
- Collaborate with inventory during monthly visits
- Ensure accurate custodian custody
- Maintain DPAS as the approved APSR
