Aufgaben
- Support Site Manager by coordinating with Functional Leads and experts
- Assign resources to meet operational and production goals
- Work with USAFE GPMS Program Support Office to set realistic goals
- Ensure compliance with PWS and Amentum QMS requirements
- Support Site Manager in meeting deadlines
- Organize and prioritize incoming materials and equipment
- Provide inputs for project management and contract change proposals
- Review deliverables across the site
- Oversee outload for exercises and contingencies
- Ensure site personnel receive required training
- Prepare reports and correspondence for the Site Manager
- Maintain and execute functions in the Site Manager's absence
- Keep Site Manager informed of daily activities
- Provide expert technical advice on planning and procurement
- Oversee Site Superintendents and SMEs in logistics and maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned and qualified
