  • •Experience in retail, consumer goods, or logistics

  • •Track record of operational transformation projects
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative summarization skills

  • •Advantageous AI, SQL, and Python skills
  • •Experience with data visualization tools
  • •Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience working in an agile environment
  • •Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • •Excellent communication skills in English
  • •Additional German language skills are a plus
