Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or related technical field
- Depth of R&D project management and coordination experience
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools/technology

Aufgaben
- Support development and integration of science projects
- Translate technical objectives into executable plans
- Ensure delivery across multidisciplinary teams
- Act as central coordination point for Science team, engineering, and facilities
- Bring structure, visibility, and momentum to complex technical work
- Plan and track projects, converting technical goals into tasks and milestones
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and workflows in Jira and Confluence
- Track progress and follow up on deliverables with engineers and technical leads
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
- Document decisions and action items
- Produce clear status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
- Support risk, issue, and change tracking in hardware, lab, and facility work
- Coordinate with Science & Technology, Facilities, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with company-wide PM standards
