- Support RailServices sales in identifying use cases and market opportunities
- Derive requirements for suitable customer solutions
- Identify internal and external partners for a strong network
- Develop business models
- Support operational sales during requirements and proposal phases
- Prepare documentation, calculation tools, and supporting materials
- Support and advise customers on digital solutions throughout the product lifecycle
- Focus on CBM and maintenance topics
- Identify additional service and upselling opportunities
- Drive customer activities with local RailServices units
