- Experience operating within structured governance environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
- Ability to set ambitious goals and inspire others

Aufgaben
- Lead major infrastructure projects
- Act as deputy project manager
- Shape department direction and culture
- Support delivery strategy execution
- Balance project cost, schedule, risk, quality, sustainability, and innovation
- Assist project leadership in management, design, and commercial functions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Position Rambøll as a preferred partner
- Contribute to project pursuits and proposals
- Develop bid strategy, budgeting, and resource planning
- Assess project risks
- Engage with executive-level clients
- Collaborate with international colleagues
- Lead cross-border projects
- Ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to PMD capability development
- Improve PMD standards and ways of working
