  • •Engineer recyclable cushioning materials
  • •Manage prototypes and product development to series maturity
  • •Coordinate with research, marketing, and external partners
  • •Provide technical support for sales and product management
  • •Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards
  • •Analyze markets and competitors to identify trends
  • •Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences
  • •Support the execution of go-to-market campaigns
