- Experience working in multidisciplinary and matrix organization
- Experience with ESA or institutional programmes
- Knowledge of ECSS standards and product assurance processes
- Experience with payload or platform subsystems verification
- Familiarity with requirements management and IVV tracking tools
- Project management certification (PMP®, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Eligibility for “SECRET” security clearance
- Travel as required for project realization
Aufgaben
- Define and control IVV strategy
- Maintain traceability to system and mission requirements
- Develop IVV plans and verification control documents
- Manage test matrices
- Plan and monitor IVV schedules and milestones
- Allocate IVV resources
- Coordinate internal and external IVV activities
- Ensure clear, verifiable, and testable requirements
- Coordinate verification activities at equipment, subsystem, and spacecraft levels
- Align IVV approach with AIT flow
- Support integration and verification campaigns
- Conduct functional testing
- Perform environmental testing
- Validate end-to-end systems
- Lead Test Readiness Reviews
- Conduct Qualification Reviews
- Manage Acceptance Reviews
- Oversee verification evidence generation
- Review data for compliance
- Close compliance gaps
- Coordinate with engineering teams
- Collaborate with AIT teams and test facilities
- Work with product assurance and quality
- Engage external suppliers and partners
- Interface with customers and space agencies
- Support programme reviews from IVV perspective
- Identify and mitigate IVV risks
- Manage non-conformances, deviations, and waivers
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Support anomaly investigations
- Participate in lessons learned initiatives
