- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Derive mission and technical requirements for launch system architectures
- Create system architectures and define functional analyses
- Perform detailed concept studies and technical trade-offs
- Facilitate communication between project contributors and external stakeholders
- Manage high-quality technical documentation to secure future grants
- Support the writing of proposals for institutional bids
