- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies
- Steer budgets to meet financial targets
- Act as the primary contact for clients and partners
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary engineering teams
