- Willingness to handle complex multi-departmental projects
- Advantageous interest in business strategic perspectives
- Excellent English skills and desirable German skills
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute protein-based CMC oncology projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external CDMOs
- Manage information flow across interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee system management and project documentation
- Provide status reporting and conduct project reviews
- Integrate program strategy with operational execution
- Manage project scope, budget, time, and quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support company-wide process improvement initiatives
- Build and lead high-performing project teams
