- Coordinate multiple market expansion projects
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
- Ensure clear communication of workflows, processes, and guidelines
- Support development of market entry guidelines and processes
- Document market entry guidelines and processes
- Update market entry guidelines and processes
- Align stakeholders on project timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
- Support process optimization efforts
- Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies
- Ensure project transparency and timely follow-up
- Prepare project reports for internal stakeholders
- Support change management initiatives
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Act as main contact for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate information flow between IHQ and global offices
- Become an expert in PM International sales operation system
- Become an expert in project management software
- Support sales system setup, usage, and adoption
- Travel internationally for country launches
- Coordinate on-site activities
- Train local teams
