- Control project budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Provide early warnings and follow up on recovery plans
- Create and update program structures in local ERP tools
- Manage tool alignment and derogation requests with headquarters
- Manage landing processes and financial forecasting
- Prepare and forecast unit costs for hours and spending
