Aufgaben

• •Lead projects from kick-off to completion
• •Coordinate contracted deliverables with internal teams
• •Organize external kick-offs and scope alignment
• •Manage handovers between labs and production
• •Maintain proactive and strategic customer relationships
• •Act as the primary customer contact
• •Lead joint customer project team meetings
• •Manage and escalate project risks proactively
• •Conduct lessons learned and improvement evaluations
• •Coordinate regulatory and submission processes
• •Track the preparation of regulatory dossiers
• •Initiate invoices for completed work packages
• •Report completed revenues and financial outlooks
• •Manage scope changes and cost estimations
• •Collaborate with Business Development on pricing
• •Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
• •Share best practices with other Program Managers
