Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• •8+ years ERP Transformation Program Management experience
• •Full-cycle SAP implementation leadership experience
• •Familiarity with SAP Activate
• •Success leading large-scale business transformations
• •Ability to align global decentralized stakeholders
• •Exceptional executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
• •Data-driven leadership and project management focus
• •Fluency in English
• •German or additional languages (advantageous)
• •PgMP, PMP, or relevant certifications (advantageous)

Aufgaben

• •Lead the company-wide organizational and ERP transformation
• •Align core end-to-end processes like P2P, O2C, and R2R
• •Secure organizational commitment for process harmonization
• •Manage the program roadmap, governance, and risk register
• •Oversee all planning, realization, and deployment phases
• •Establish robust program governance and internal controls
• •Manage the system integrator partner's contract and performance
• •Supervise S/4HANA Cloud design and data strategy
• •Coordinate integration, testing, and cutover streams
• •Manage the program budget, timeline, and resource allocation
• •Report program progress transparently to the sponsor
• •Secure consensus across decentralized business units
