- Act as the primary link between business units and IT
- Lead full-lifecycle ERP and IT project delivery
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Oversee infrastructure enhancements and device rollouts
- Manage user access and system configurations
- Coordinate internal teams and external service providers
- Secure staffing through procurement and line managers
- Manage third-party vendor delivery and quality
- Support business readiness and post-go-live stabilization
- Maintain project governance and risk reporting
- Improve standardized project management tools and templates
- Contribute to portfolio capacity forecasting and planning
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and quality standards
