- Initiate and maintain industry and research partnerships
- Participate in national and international accreditation procedures
- Engage in academic administration and committee work
- Develop a personal and institutional research profile
- Publish research in high-quality journals
- Disseminate research findings to the public
- Support student recruitment events
- Promote AI-driven business study pathways
