- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Ability to conduct discovery workshops and create accurate process documentation
- Experience in pre-sales and post-sales support
- Customer-focused and driven by improving business processes through innovative solutions
- Excellent French and English communication skills
Aufgaben
- Lead projects from start to finish
- Design solutions aligned with client objectives
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand client processes
- Document client business processes and translate into requirements
- Configure and implement the DocuWare solution
- Ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations
- Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Proactively address client issues and concerns
- Guide clients to maximize benefits of digitization
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage customer expectations with a focus on satisfaction
