As a Production Surveillance Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to enhance safety and operational efficiency across Iceland sites. Your role involves maximizing production output, integrating digital tools, and ensuring compliance while driving continuous improvement.

Anforderungen

• •B.Sc. degree or equivalent in process engineering, chemical engineering, or related discipline
• •At least 6 years of experience in plant operation, maintenance, and team leadership
• •Proven track record in operational surveillance, troubleshooting, and executing improvement projects
• •Strong data analysis abilities using SQL and Python
• •Experience with dashboarding tools such as Seeq, PowerBI, or Grafana
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• •Business fluent in English
• •Icelandic or German as a plus
• •Willingness to travel up to 30%

• •Integrate digital tools like ERP and document management into daily operations
• •Transform data into actionable insights
• •Support auditing efforts to ensure 100% traceability of CDR production
• •Maintain a safe and compliant plant operation
• •Uphold a safety culture and ensure full regulatory compliance
