As a Production Manager, you will oversee all operational activities to ensure safe and efficient production. This role involves developing plans, managing costs, and fostering communication between teams while driving quality and safety standards.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• •Advanced degree and Blackbelt certification
• •10+ years’ management experience in a manufacturing environment
• •Knowledge of lacquering, lamination, coating applications, printing, slitting, process control and validation protocols
• •Strong leadership skills
• •Solid safety culture
• •Ability to handle multiple tasks
• •Thorough knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes
• •Knowledge of safety practices and commitment to maintain them
• •Understanding of quality principles and techniques
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Develop short and long-term plans and policies
• •Delegate responsibilities and provide guidance
• •Monitor production and service areas through reports and observations
• •Assist in problem-solving and implement corrective actions
• •Act as a liaison between co-workers and management
• •Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
• •Coordinate safety, quality, and waste management programs
• •Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and safety goals
• •Follow quality and process procedures in the production department
• •Manage production cost centers
• •Set performance targets for plant awards program
• •Support Six Sigma and Lean initiatives
• •Establish and monitor accurate production standards
• •Oversee the Occupational Safety program, including compliance and training
• •Support team development and succession planning
