Anforderungen
- Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role experience
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- German at B2 level or above
- AI-first approach, leveraging AI tools
- Strong copywriting and copyediting skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing workstreams
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and critical thinking
- UX sensibility in communications and processes
- Experience with Zendesk, Notion, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or product analytics platforms
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, or PLG companies
- Domain expertise in publishing industry

Aufgaben
- Develop and own tailored success plans for internal users
- Drive product adoption and feature engagement
- Ensure measurable ROI for users
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal users
- Maintain deep understanding of product features
- Host regular user roundtable sessions
- Support onboarding and product training
- Handle escalations professionally
- Identify and mitigate churn risks
- Act on user requests and bugs
- Monitor and provide insights on customer health
- Collaborate with C-Level executives
- Advocate for users to internal teams
- Translate user feedback into product insights
- Partner with Product Managers on feature launches
- Support PMs in defining success metrics
- Write and publish release notes and newsletters
- Establish and monitor KPIs for product health
- Analyze product utilization data
- Present data-backed recommendations for roadmap
- Create and curate user success stories
- Manage and update Help Centers
- Apply copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Track and synthesize user feedback
- Conduct structured user interviews
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics data
