Aufgaben
- Design and optimize digital products for the S division
- Develop a multi-channel concept for holistic customer experiences
- Manage the global operation of the INH shop floor platform
- Act as the interface between departments and IT
- Identify customer problems in shop floor and warehouse processes
- Define and prioritize requirements with sales and marketing teams
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Coordinate international rollouts and pilot customer support
- Maintain quality assurance for product and training content
- Monitor KPIs to optimize functionality and user acceptance
- Integrate INH into digital sales and service processes
- Standardize sales workflows within central platforms like SalesCloud
- Conduct global training sessions for internal and external partners
